Membership Year is April 1 of current year through March 31 of the following year, and are not prorated. New members who join between January and March enjoy these months with no extra charge. All Members receive access to "members only" content on the website and may attend club activities. Members also enjoy camping privileges, use of paddocks & arenas, and FREE access to trails at Henry Cowell State Park. Single and Family Memberships have access to use the Showgrounds with their assigned gate key. Junior Members have access to the showgrounds when accompanied by adult members. Please read our online Club Information page to learn more about our club and members' responsibilities.
It is the responsibility of each member to know and follow club rules when visiting the showgrounds. Membership privileges can be denied or revoked if rules are not followed. Click here to View Club Rules or click here to get a printable version
Types of Memberships Available:
FAMILY - $180/year: Up to 2 adults, plus dependents under age 21, all living in the same household. Family members may purchase a 2nd parking sticker for $5. Each adult is entitled to 1 vote.
SINGLE - $120/year: 1 adult. Includes 1 gate card, 1 parking sticker, 1 vote.
JUNIOR - $45/year: This membership is for individuals under 18 who are not part of a family membership. Juniors are welcome participate in club activities, including the SCCHA Junior Program, and may use the showgrounds when accompanied by an adult member. No Vote, Gate Key or Parking Sticker.
New Members Only: Additional $20 fee for Gate key, provides automatic gate entry.
Gate key-cards remain active as long as your membership is current. Gate key-cards of those who have not renewed are deactivated on or shortly after April 15th.
If there is a lapse in your membership, hold onto your key-card: it can be re-activated at a later date without paying for a replacement!
If you lose your key-card contact the membership secretary for a replacement ($10 fee). The lost key-card will be deactivated and a new one will be mailed to you. If you find the original key-card again, it will NOT work. Avoid confusion by marking a “lost” card as de-activated. If you found a lost card, contact the membership secretary so it can be reactivated.
