You’re Invited to a Public Information Open House California State Parks (CSP) will hold a public information open house on the Carmel Area State Parks (CASP) Preliminary General Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) on September 10, 2018 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the former Rancho Cañada Golf Club in the Wedgewood Wedding & Banquet Center (4860 Carmel Valley Road). To help you review the General Plan and EIR the planning team will be available at information stations to answer your questions and discuss the General Plan and environmental analysis. Please stop by anytime between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. The open house does not include a formal presentation or oral comment period. You may submit your written comments on the Preliminary General Plan and Draft EIR at the open house. The parks that are involved include Pt Lobos State Natural Reserve, Carmel River State Beach, and two new parks under development. The preliminary plan can be found here
