Ashley is a nationally certified personal trainer ( AFAA) who owns and operates a mobile fitness business - LaMorteLift. A fit rider is better for your horse; fitness enables a rider to maintained centered, balanced and stable while flexibility can reduce aches and pains. Ashley will talk about how her core training methods can help!
