Join us as we install the club's new suspension bridge over a new dry creek, to be added to the field not far from the end of the dressage arena. The bridge will span a wandering path of rock, sand & gravel, with shallow ramps on either end to make it easy to step on and off.
Volunteers needed: We need folks to pin down gopher wire, help spread rock, sand & gravel, and guide the tractor as we gently move the bridge into place, then build and pack the ramps.
What to bring? Any of these will be helpful: Metal rake, shovel, hammer, measuring tape, tin snips or wire cutter, water, hat, maybe a chair to rest a bit!
Ok to help for a few hours, one day or two, whatever works for you.
Bring a friend: Lunch will be provided to all volunteers!
