National Trails Day is an annual nationwide campaign organized by the American Hiking Society focused on advocacy and trail service.  We're proud to join in on the celebration.

Santa Cruz Mountains Trail Stewards are organizing a day that will involve hundreds of community members taking care of over 20 different trails throughout the Santa Cruz Mountains.  There’ll be sunshine, good times, lots of digging, and a massive party to close out the day. You won’t want to miss it!

SCCHA's part of the SCMTS extravaganza is to host a work day at the Showgrounds and trail work in Henry Cowell.  Top of the list at the Showgrounds is topping off the footing in the camping corrals! In Henry Cowell we will be brushing Graham Hill Trail and Powder Mill trail.  Bring tools if you have 'em, but we will also have some available to us courtesy of State Parks.   Coffee/food/snacks will be provided.
